The industrial premises in Noida for renting should not be cancelled and should be operational in writing by NOIDA government.
Application for declaring the unit functional and allowing permission for renting should be taken into consideration.
If the owner wants to give his industrial property in Noida on rent, he should differentiate that part of the building to be given on rent. He has to file a legal affidavit giving details of the capital subsidy or other subsidy. The premises which have to be mortgaged have to be clearly mentioned in the documents.
The renting charges for property in IT parks in industrial areas in Noida, approved by ministry of Commerce will be 10% of the existing premium for ten years. When the tenant is using the property no charges are imposed for the new tenant.
IT parks in Noida industrial areas come under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Commerce and STPI, as per the approval letter of the concerned department. The tenant has to submit a certificate and other mandatory documents for using the industrial property.
The industrial allotments of IT units on institutional terms and conditionas , other than approved IT parks, number of tenants is one for every 500 square meter and charges for tenancy will be Rs. 100 per square meter of built up area per year for the first tenant and for future tenant 20% of original charges.
In case of breach of law, the authority can cancel the industrial plot for breach of terms and conditions for allotment /lease deed/ transfer deed. The CEO or any other officer authorised can restore the plot /possession. The candidate has to pay restoration charges.

- Industrial and management consultant.
- Industrial photography.
- Warehousing.
- Handling of machinery and industrial equipment.
